For this Women-only Photography Escape in the Tarkine, we will be based at the remote settlement of Corinna Wilderness Village, on the banks of the peaceful Pieman River. A vast and extraordinary wilderness of cool temperate rainforest and pristine river habitat, home to a wide range of birds and wildlife will surround us. With several nature trails to wander and a river full of life, many photo opportunities await. 

This experience includes a cruise along the Pieman River to the Pieman Heads, where the dynamic landscape is constantly being shaped by wind and thundering waves crashing into the shore. Remote, rugged and stunning! 

Photo shoots and tutorials vary according to seasonal conditions and other factors. The photographic genres to your avail comprise landscape, long-exposure, low-light and night, burst shooting, close-up/macro and more. A diversity of subjects and scenes comprise river reflections, intriguing rock formations, misty mornings, rugged coastlines, waterfalls, birds, wildlife and unique flora.
